Visa orders can be made independently (Option No 1) or with our help (Option No 2)

Option No 1 (Tourist Visa takes 7 days price 795,-dkk per passport)

You make an order INDEPENDENTLY on our website www.VisumtilRusland.dk It normally takes about 10-15 minutes. You simply have to insert the information the system asks of you. Call us on 24616310 if you have questions. We will always help you during hours 8.00 - 20.00, or send us an e-mail to dk@danhil.com
Next, we expect you to submit:

-Original passport that is valid for at least another 1.5 years and has 2 blank pages
-original photo (one per passport)
-Copy of insurance (exact validity period HAS TO BE stated)
-Application with original signature as in the passport, written in blue!
-Payment confirmation from the bank

Option No. 2 (Tourist Visa takes 7 days 795,-dkk +250,-dkk per passport)

We can make the order ourselves. For that we need you to submit the following to our address:
1)A copy of the applicants passport, which needs to be valid for at least 6 months after the person’s return and have at least 2 blank pages in it (not necessarily in sequence) for stamps on the BORDER.
Sometimes a copy of the last visa to Russia is required.
2) A copy of the travel insurance (the precise validity period has to be indicated)
3) Names and surname of applicant
4) Full name of working place
5) Full postal address of working place
6) Position and direct telephone number of the applicant or the responsible for the order (for example the secretary, if the said will be making the visa order and controlling the whole process) for fast communication. Otherwise, we are not responsible for delays…
7) Date of the first entry into Russia
8) Cities that the applicant is planning to visit
9) What type of visa the applicant requires (single, multiple, 1 month, 3 months, 12 months etc.)
10) Fixed address, telephone, e-mail
11) Shortly: purpose of visiting Russia (What will the person be doing in Russia?) Sometimes this accelerates the visa issue process.
If you want to finalize the visa order completely, kindly ask us about it.
1) After receiving these copies from you, we will send the APPLICATION (as an attached file)
2) You have to open, print it and sign it as in your passport with blue pen
3) Additionally send us:
-Original passport
-Original application with original signature with blue pen

If you have posted documents that do not meet the requirements and we cannot reach you by telephone, we are not responsible for the timely implementation of the order. Please specify the correct telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and get a confirmation from us that your documents are successfully and timely sent to the consulate for the registration of the visa.

For all applicants:

In order to fill out the application form correctly it is important in field nr. 15 to write your full workposition, full working address, e-mail and telephone number.

Multi visa (super express) can be made in 10-11 days. However, if you have not been to Russia at least once during the previous 12 months - it will take 17-20 days.

If you cannot wait that long, it would be a good idea to order a 1 or 3 months business visa, single or double. This type of visa can be made in 2-3 days, in some cases in 24 hours.

If you make use of our consultation service, we can in some cases help get a visa in the same day that the documents are submitted to the Russian consulate (only for EU citizens, except UK, Island, as well as, USA, Australia and Canada).

Checklist

Before you give in all your documents you should check that everything is correct and print, as well as, sign the application with a blue pen
Checklist:
-Original passport that is valid for at least another 1.5 year, has at least 2 blank pages
-Original passport photo on photo paper
-Copy of insurance (HAS TO INCLUDE the exact dates of validity in Russia)
-Application with original signature as it appears in your passport with BLUE COLOR!
-Confirmation of payment from the bank
-Copy of the documentation of the change from Russian to Danish citizenship
-Copy of the documentation indicating family relation in case of joined trip of mother and child
Kindly make sure you follow the given check-list. The documents that are not in accordance with the check-list cannot be given in to the consulate, with the result that the visa application will be cancelled and the documents returned, meanwhile the expenses will be the same.

For those who previously had Russian or other citizenship and changed it to Danish citizenship: Important to fill out:

-in field nr. 1 it is important to write the date when you acquired the Danish passport, if you had another citizenship earlier
-in field nr. 18 it is important to write the date of your immigration to Denmark, as well as, enclose the documentation regarding rejection of the Russian citizenship.
In case you do not already have this documentation – you can obtain it at the Russian consulate. You cannot get a visa without it.
