Can I get a visa without an order for its registration in Russia??
Yes. To do this, show your document signed by the director of the hotel on 100% payment for the period.

I sent my passport, necessary documents and a check for 750 crowns on September 10. Today is September 24, but the passport with a visa, I have not received. Why??
We have a strict system of incoming documents. If the postman brought a letter to 10.50, then on these documents will be given number and time of 10.50. Mail is processed within a few minutes, if the client has fulfilled all the required steps on the site. Your papers came to us on September 13 at 11.15 and 14 September brought to the consulate. On 28 September we will receive your passport with a visa at the consulate and on the same day you send to the specified address by mail. Unfortunately clients often do not take into account the time of delivery of documents by mail. In most cases we get them the next day, but sometimes it takes 2-3 days. We can not be held responsible for mail operations.

From 2008-The new consular rules ... Please remember the following:
1)Original passport photo always (no scanned copies are accepted)
2)Working position of the person applying for the visa in line no. 15 (additionally to the name, address, telephone and e-mail of the working place)
3)The signature in the application must be the same as the signature in the person’s passport. If the signature in the visa application is not Identical to the one in the passport, it is not possible to finish the visa processing. In this case we cannot start with a visa and must return the documents.
From December 1, 2005 our new web-page has been available for users.

a) Visa - maximum refund value makes up 20% of the original price, upon a demonstration of the certificate from the doctor about sudden illness or loss of working ability.
b) Hotel - refund value is 100% of original price if cancellation is done
3 weeks in advance, 2 weeks 90% , 1 week 75%, 3 days 50%.
Cancellation of a hotel booking less than 3 days in advance does not guarantee any refund.
c) Airtickets - the lowest fares are non-refundable.

Question: My child is 3 month old and he has a Danish passport. Does he need a visa to Russia, if he travels with me (his mother) or another close relative?
Answer: Yes, he does. Visa is issued for each passport regardless of age, and consular fee is the same for all ages.
Question: I sent my passport, all necessary papers and a cheque for 750 DKK on the 10th of September. Today is September 24 but I haven’t yet got my passport with the visa.Why?
Answer: In our company all incoming documents are under rigid control. Your documents were received on the 13th of September at 11.15 a.m. and were delivered to the consulate on the 14th of September. We will receive your passport with visa on September 28th, and the same day it will be sent by post to the given address. Unfortunately clients don’t always take into consideration the time of post delivery. In most cases we receive documents the next day, but sometimes it takes 2-3 days. We cannot carry responsibility for the work of the Post.
